ERVING -- October 15, 2024, Erving School Committee advances plans for a roof and HVAC project expected to exceed $1.5 million, triggering state OPM requirements. The committee heard at its October 15 meeting that the scope of combined roof and HVAC work at Erving Elementary will likely surpass the state procurement threshold requiring an independent owner's project manager and designer, with a funding request for those professionals expected at the November 19 meeting in time for a December town Finance Committee submission.
