Eleven Erving Properties Change Hands, Just Two Sale Prices Posted So Far
Eleven properties in Erving changed hands between Aug. 21 and Sept. 19, according to Franklin County Registry of Deeds records, but only two sales carried a recorded price by this report: $100,000 for 25 Swamp Rd. and $225,000 for 221 North St., putting the calculated median at $162,500. The North Street sale, from Christian C. Sawicki to Charles E. Mallet, was the period's highest recorded price. High Street and Prospect Street each saw two sales. Prices for the other nine transactions had not yet posted to the registry, and several of those listed mortgage or lending companies as a party to the transfer.
