Erving Sees 12 Property Transfers in Late July, Prices Cluster Below $125,000
Erving recorded 12 property transfers between July 10 and Aug. 8. Six sales disclosed a price, ranging from $60,000 to $204,047, with a median of $110,750. The month's highest recorded sale was 18 Central St. at $204,047, sold by Phyllis Hope Radcliff to Rocket Mortgage LLC and Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc. A bank, mortgage company or credit union was listed as buyer or seller in 11 of the 12 transfers, and one transaction, at 4 Church St., was a within-family trust transfer. Six of the 12 deeds listed no disclosed sale price.
