Erving Deed Sales Range From $100,000 To $300,000 As Half Of Prices Go Undisclosed
Eight Erving properties were recorded at the Franklin County Registry of Deeds between July 24 and Aug. 22, but only four listed a sale price, ranging from $100,000 to $300,000 with a median of $209,523. The top sale was 63 French King Highway at $300,000, transferred from a trust to Greenfield Savings Bank. Moore Street was the only street with more than one recorded sale. Five of the eight transactions involved Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc. or a bank or credit union as a party. With half the sales prices undisclosed and no square footage data available, the deed record offers only a partial view of local market conditions this period.
