Erving home sales stay low-dollar as three disclosed prices anchor a quiet stretch

Erving recorded 11 property deeds between Aug. 7 and Sept. 5, but only three carried a disclosed sale price, ranging from $100,000 to $225,000 with a median of $125,000. The period's top disclosed sale was 221 North St. at $225,000, sold by Christian C. Sawicki to Charles E. Mallet. High Street saw the most activity, with three separate deeds recorded. Several other transfers involved banks, credit unions or mortgage companies as grantor or grantee, and most transactions in the period did not disclose a price, limiting a full read on market conditions.
