Two of Ten Erving Property Sales Disclose Prices, Ranging From $100,000 to $225,000
Erving recorded 10 property transfers between Aug. 14 and Sept. 12, but only two deeds disclosed a sale price: $100,000 for 25 Swamp Rd. and $225,000 for 221 North St., the period's top sale. The median of the two disclosed prices was $162,500. High Street and Prospect Street each saw two transactions. Seven of the 10 deeds listed a bank or mortgage-servicing entity as seller, and one was a trust-to-trust transfer. With price data disclosed in only two of 10 sales, the available records don't support a clear read on overall market direction this period.
