The median of the two recorded prices was $162,500. High Street and Prospect Street each saw two transactions. Seven of the 10 deeds listed a bank or mortgage-servicing entity as seller, and one was a trust-to-trust transfer. With price data recorded in only two of 10 sales, the available records don't support a clear read on overall market direction this period.
