Price Data Pending for All Eight Erving Property Transfers Recorded in September
Eight properties changed hands in Erving between Sept. 4 and Oct. 3, according to Franklin County Registry of Deeds records, but none of the eight transfers had a sale price recorded as of this report. With no consideration amounts available, a price range, median sale price, and overall market tone cannot be determined for the period. The most recent transfer, 16 Prospect St., recorded Sept. 18, has price not yet available, as do all other sales this period. Three transfers involved mortgage companies as a party, and two reflect transfers within a family estate or trust. Updated pricing may appear in future registry data.
