The board also awarded a three-year contract to Zobrio of Pembroke for a new financial management system at $223,722, with Treasurer Jennifer Ikorn authorized to sign; a reserve fund transfer of up to $15,000 to cover a software transition overlap was placed on the July 10 agenda.
